Suity - it sounds like you need at least 3 CVs

A developer CV
A PM CV and a "bit of BAing" CV

My concern would be that if I look at the developer CV from a the viewpoint of a developer it will look as wanting. Not because of the content but because of the perceived lack of renewals (see my original point).

A CV full of appropriate buzz words won't help if there are other filters (lack of renewals say) in the selection criteria that cause it to be binned. And Suity needs to find a way around that...

So far I was called very promptly and given the benefit of the free review verbally. It was quite nebulous, nothing was sent in writing.

It's a lot less nebulous than say "We need another developer"

Sorry if I'm repeating anything already posted [CBA to read thread] but could this be part of the issue? No single strong skill set, and no obvious renewals for a while. I'd probably bounce your CV on that basis.

A CV revamp sounds like a good idea, good luck.

[1] Off to a great start. Being in charge of all the facts is so unimportant.
[2] In the post of mine that you quoted it says "Strong development background", so not sure how this got woven in your twisted brain to mean "No single string skill set" but it certainly keeps things interesting.
