    My concern would be that if I look at the developer CV from a the viewpoint of a developer it will look as wanting. Not because of the content but because of the perceived lack of renewals (see my original point).

    A CV full of appropriate buzz words won't help if there are other filters (lack of renewals say) in the selection criteria that cause it to be binned. And Suity needs to find a way around that...
