The connection with the call centre was the phone/iron not the idiot in the video. I would have said the same had it been you in there.

I wouldn't have said that is true. In any event the video is a spoof. Who in their right mind would be videoing their buddy ironing a t shirt on the floor. If it was a spoof, they wanted people to laugh esp as they put it onto Youtube.
