There was a firm called Celtic that used to modernise mark 2 and S type Jags, but they kept them cosmetically original and hid away the electronic gizmos. Saw one for sale in NL at 25K recently, but I can't find the company that built it.
Also this lot do a great job on old XJs, but I'd choose different wheels.
