All done, seemed ok from my point of view bar the fact that he wants someone asap, but my availability is 3 weeks.

If that turns out to be the make or break it would be frustrating, I'm not the sort of person to go sick, take holiday etc...

In this sort of situation (where your current client is looking to move you on) I've always found the client quite happy to let me go early. Sorts out any agency crap as well.

I bet you are the best candidate - if they try to find someone better they will take weeks. They should just give you the job and wait.
