The most important thing about applying for clearance is that you tell the truth. If you have a driving offence and you dont disclose it, they will find out and your clearance will probably be rejected. Not because of the offence but because you have not mentioned it and they dont want to take the risk of anything else you have "forgotten" to mention

Is it true that for DV they require details of all previous partners and relationships, and that they interview those people?
I seem to recall something similar in the RAF, but maybe I'm wrong.

I instantly replied with "well bush is a bit of an idiot"....Doh!
