        Sigh

Sign of the times. 6 Mnth MOSS contract. On the bright side, developoing MOSS features is enough to sap anyone's will to live.

Any compensation? Sometimes contracts allow you to claim a percentage of the remaining time. Or at least mine do.

I wonder how many employers are waiting till January.

Clientco are. Will have a big cull in Jan : probably on bonus announcement day (19th Jan???).

Contractors were recently culled by 20%(500 to 400) : 2 weeks after a 15% drop! So I hope it will just affect permies : but who can tell......

My last place is about to have a big cull in January, the permies don't know it yet

10% of the workforce out the door. They have already shifted a good load of contractors out.

They also dropped the contractors day rate by 15%.

You don't work for an IB brillo?
