I've worked through Lorien when I was at RBS. They always paid on time but didn't admit that there was no notice clause on the contract."Hope your doing fine". My favourite opening line in emails from certain agencies! Not only the fact they can't spell, but who actually says that?Comment

I assume you read the contract yourself therefore why would they need to "admit" it as you would have read it.Originally posted by andygI've worked through Lorien when I was at RBS. They always paid on time but didn't admit that there was no notice clause on the contract.Comment

There's did but RBS has no notice clause with the agency. When I needed to leave there was a bit of a hoo-hah with RBS threatening to blacklist me (I asked how they would do that). It didn't come to anything."Hope your doing fine". My favourite opening line in emails from certain agencies! Not only the fact they can't spell, but who actually says that?Comment
