Not sure - there's nothing on the treasury webpage (http://www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/about/ministerial_profiles/minprofile_index.cfm)

But number 10 says "Minister for the Olympics and Minister for London (Paymaster General) - The Rt Hon Tessa Jowell MP" Does that mean that she's Paymaster General, or just for London?

It has been difficult to find, but it now appears this to55erette has moved from the treasury to health.
