Call me a grumpy old man (go on) but I am getting sick of seeing UK court room dramas where the writers have been watching too many US programmes.

New Tricks had briefs shouting "objection" and the beak saying "sustained" or "overruled" - total tulipe and you'd be laughed out of Court here.
