So you may as well visit them to give them some Christmas cheer.

Alternatively just don't see household B for 2 weeks after they have seen household C inside anywhere.

That did seem the most logical way to view it, that being in a support bubble 'traps' you into their Christmas bubble. C was in Scotland so not a factor now!
