Loan Charge help - what do I need to do?

Hi all, this is my first post, although I am a common reader of these threads as of recently. I need some help regarding the loan charge... Firstly, a bit of background... I used to contract between 09/15 - 09/18 and was being paid through an umbrella company who I thought sorted all my taxes...

Help! I think my umbrella company has screwed me over!

I am having an absolute nightmare and need some help! I've been contracting since August 2016 and at the time I was rushed into choosing an umbrella company to use, a friend of mine recommended me Payerise and I blindly just went with them as she told me she had used them years without issue...
