Advice on Closing my Ltd Company without incurring excessive Accountancy Fees
In the current situation I have recently taken a permanent job and have enquired with my Accountants, Clearsky, the fees for dissolving the company. There are no debts, no assets, it has not been trading for 6 months, corporation tax is all paid up and just a deferred balance of £65 in VAT...- Willy Win

Closing a Limited Company (Never Traded) Formalities?
So my accountant has gone MIA and I am left to figure this out myself. I am closing a Limited Company that never traded. Winding up Ltd Co...
Evening all I'm currently looking at what options I've got to wind up my Ltd Co. Have been trading just under 18 months, and my one and only invoice has just been paid, giving me just under £11k to sort out. Removing CT, that leaves me £8,800 profit...
