In relative terms, how far did Felicitas take matters?

I am willing, if one of us get's to go to court. On condition they can adequately prove to the community here as factual, to set up a payment pot to help the fella, and put the first £200 in support as donation.

Because that is my very gut feeling. If they decide to go against any of us to court, it would be just a few, and those few need to become very powerful at their defence.

Happy to contribute and also wondering if we all turn up in support and provide the person taken to court with a list of all those on here impacted for the judge to see it is not a one off !!

nothing that cost them money - they tried statutory demands but then didn’t follow through and of to court

In my case, chased me for 18 months. Initially wanted total interest then threatened with full amount then many letters offering settlement amounts to no avail. Threatened bailiffs/court then disappeared.

I received a letter today from Trethowans LLP on behalf of their client West 28th Street Ltd. They are stating I owe interest on a loan, which has never been proven and I'd ignored Felicitas previously. Has anyone else received one? Is this the latest shake down?

First time replying here. Like many others I got a letter of claim from Trethowans.

My question is, is anyone explaining why the debt is disputed? My thinking is if they cant be bothered to provide information requested on the debt, why should I reply with any more than debt is disputed.

Be good to get the view on here or if anyone has used a template to help with the reply, to share it.

Why do none of these articles mention Trethowans ? It's Trethowans who's name is on the top of these demand letters.
