If we are able to write-off the loans legally and be safe from TRM and HMRC, then terminating the contract with TRM at the earliest is a good move. This would put an end to all the problems in the future...- zohan

Thats a good point. Why dont we ask TRM or Redding to make the Re-payment period to about 100-150 years rather than the current 10 yrs in the Redding Letter. Thats good news for now. Hope TRM is not holding our funds. We all anyway know that we have signed a original loan letter and are at risk that can be called-in at any furture date. When did you get the text message? Usually you should receive the payment within 2 days of the message. If its more that 2 days and you have'nt received the funds in your bank, then I think its serious problems.....- zohan

Until we dont sign this new agreement with Redding, I hope we don't have to pay any interest on the loan that we have taken from TRM. The original loan letter from TRM states thats the interest for the loan is already included in the management fee that we pay each month.- zohan
