Accountant not helping

Thanks for all the replies, I asked him to pay £500 pm and make up the rest in dividends. I am flexible on when the dividend is paid ie monthly or quarterly and he is reluctant to suggest any specific advice. I actually respect him for being cautious on my behalf BUT I dont want his caution to...
