    BIG GROUP

Just joined. PayPal took my reoccurring payment straight away as well rather than on the first.

Thanks forgive my ignorance but in that case I assume I need to engage with hmrc in some way shape or form before the end of next week just to keep the dialogue open. But if BG isn't doing that and I engage myself then the payment terms will run their course with hmrc and they will demand their...

    BIG GROUP

Thanks webberg. Am I right in assuming that with my participation in BG my details would be put forward to hmrc and that would qualify as being engaged with them prior to the end of June deadline. Even if it only buys us until the end of September to have agreed terms?

    BIG GROUP

I will be joining the big group today but had a quick question. Tax talk seem to be representing other people on the scheme I was on, cherylon etc. is there any conflict joining both? I am concerned about giving cash to tax talk given they seem to me owned by same people that got us into this...

You are spot on, I will join in. I was holding out some vain hope that this action may delay the payment notices :) Silly I know.

    BIG GROUP

I would like to join, but I am not sure it will assist me too much as come the end of June I expect a hefty bill from HMRC that I cannot pay.

    Accountancy Firms

Thanks Louisa, I fully understand why you need to do this, getting bombarded with people would be an nightmare for you. It would be good to have a chat if you can spare 5 minutes just to go over a few things if you have a moment. I have been given some very good reports on InTouch and would...

It's really looking like InTouch or Nixon Williams. Both seem very good.

    Accountancy Firms

They wouldn't put me through to Louisa. She's an account and they want me to sign up first. They seem good though.

    Accountancy Firms

We spoke about the most tax efficient method of getting paid/using spouse, FRS for VAT, preferred bank, level of service (what they do and what I have to do) etc etc. At the moment my choice will be based on what makes my life the easiest and keeps me legit but efficient.

I wondered that as well, they came out £800/month lower. But as you said I am not sure that will be accurate given my day rate etc.
