You'll need to crop, or have blank bits on 2 edges. Resize so the image is the right width but too tall (or the right height but too wide) then change the canvas size to the correct end dimensions. -

He may not be PC, but what's Boris been wrong about that hasn't been majority politicial opinion at the time? He's different because he sometimes sticks his neck out and says things that others won't, and the affected buffoonery is his way of absorbing fallout that would have ended the careers... -

Found a contract without using an Agency
Try some other umbrellas.. Failing that, setting up a Ltd should be quick - just use a high street bank rather than Cater Allen (will be recommended by many) as they may still have a gigantic backlog.. VAT reg will take about half a year but no need for that just to invoice and get paid. :)- timh

Yes, OK, we know what your personal opinion is about the requirement (or lack of) for qualifications and I happen to agree with you completely. However, my company does not get lucrative project management contracts ostensibly because nobody who works for it has PM qualifications or very much PM...- timh
