That makes sense now. I didn't join a scheme until after April 2014 (forced or no job!!) . This means it must be tougher for the scum to try anything. I got the paperwork in April but didn't receive any claim this time round, and that's probably the reason for the difference in numbers- Thunderpants

I got the so called CCA 'Reconciliation ' in April but nothing since, I am still keeping an active watch on this forum as I think they're dipping their toes with a select number rather than go all in.- Thunderpants

Yes Dan wrote to Trethowans boss, don’t know if he got a reply. I sent my SAR to lawfront in may but it just got forwarded to Trethowans for the SRA and standard rejection so that says to me they are fully aware and with Trethowans taking the ‘action’ Lawfront can wash their hands if it goes tits up- Thunderpants

In 2023 it was a company called Workcap, that’s when I started saving everything and taking this tulip seriously. similar scenario.Demand that I pay within 7 days, no bank details just a number to call and photocopied on the cheapest quality paper.The guy who was actually dealing with it left...- Thunderpants

It seems to be going back to the Workcap scenario in a way from 2023. They kept sending me letters, emails, texts & even phoned me a few times I never acknowledged or answered anything until I got a solicitor to send a letter disputing the debt. Never heard anything back until the April round so...- Thunderpants
