EU Contractor working for UK based Agency for EU Based Project

Sorry for the long Title, but please can someone explain the rules here... As Contractor with a Company based in the EU and working for a UK based Agency after Brexit for a contract based in the EU what are the rules regarding VAT, Invoicing etc. ?
