Agency Medical Quesitonaire
It doesn't appear to be on behalf of the client, it's got the agency details all over it, plus they say it must be returned by all contractors. Also it is "essential" that the agency "holds the attached information".- teclo

This afternoon I received a "Medical Questionaire and Emergency Contact" form from my agency. I'm ok giving them emergency contact details but some of the medical things they are asking about seem quite personal.. Something I wouldn't expect an agency to ever need. ie: Past medical history...- teclo

Just discovered our local co-op now has an Amazon Locker
Check here ( myByBox - Home ) to see if you have a ByBox in your area. I found it behind the XScape in Milton Keynes and it uses similar containers to the Amazon service but you can route any package to it. It takes an extra day or so to turn up but I'd rather have that than the parcels left... -
Fire Alarm
I usually end up on my own standing away from the huddled masses when the fire alarm goes off. I'm never on the list and it gives me a chance for an impromptu smoke break :smokin -

Raspberry Pi
I finally got my arse into gear and did something with my RPI last night. Picked up a cheap class 10 16gb sd cart in pc world then installed XBMC on it. I now have it talking to my serviio media server and it works a treat. My tv even talks back to it over the HDMI so the remote control will...
