Shame that it sounds like they are closing down digital specialists to SME.. Always suspected that it's a bit flawed in that agents will answer what they think will get them through and then find candidates.. Digital specialists should always have been about submitting CVs. Should I jump now
Six months warchest isn't enough. I'd want to have at least a years right now. You need to have finance experience otherwise the market is dead..Even that is tailing off... Competition for BA roles in London seems quite stiff at the moment..Rates outside finance are depressed..- teabag

Prince 2 renewal
I believe you have to sit another combined foundation / practitioner exam / fork out more spondoolas.. I don't think I'll be doing this. Theres no need to 'renew' degrees / GCSE woodwork, so why a soft mulitple choice certificate ? -

Most over the top interview process ?
'Recently' - today. I've not heard back, I've not written it off just yet, but I would be surprised...Benched since Xmas now..never had anything like this kind of downtime yet -

I've recently been through the following for a BA role with a government agency: Phone interview Written Test First face to face interview - 2 interviewers and five other candidates Second interview - Five interviewers and at least two other candidates I've never even had this kind of hoo haa... -

Before anyone says "ask your accountant" I have and I'm a bit dubious about his response of £1,000 . Deluge of agents sniffing for 'references' ?
In the past week I've had four agents try on the 'but we need two references' lark.. Random chance or is this an early sign that the market is going tits up ? Or maybe its just due to the summer holidays ?? -

How much income to draw this year ?
I previously thought that I should be taking £39825 out of the Ltd company this year - Tax free allowance of £5,225 plus up to the basic rate of 22% is £ 34,600 However my accountant is advising that I take £34,500.
