Thanks for your replies, very helpful, I will try to respond one by one @northernladuk - there is a list of 4 Umbrellas and Clarity isn't one of them but I will certainly explore with them "Chargeable expenses" subject - my client is currently in Germany so it was down to me to determine IR35...- tcon
