Remote control software
I would go with LogMeIn or Teamviewer. Remote Assistance or VNC can work but you are most probably going to have to do some port forwarding to get it work or open some ports on the router so it can be some work. LogMeIn uses standard port 80 and 443 ports which are the same ports used for web...- superfishnz

Antivirus software
I recommend NOT to have a second Antivirus product installed on your computer as it will cause conflicts with each other. However, consider getting yourself an AntiSpyware/AntiMalware software such as Malwarebytes or SuperAntiSpyware (both are very good but you only need to install one of them)...- superfishnz

Does Anyone else use the HMRC Basic PAYE Tools?
Yes, I've had to change the location of the PAYE Tools database for a client of mine so it's on the network drive instead of being on the local computer last week. This is the article that shows you how to do it if you're still wanting to do it as well...- superfishnz
