Every follow up with them regarding this issue has gone unanswered. They are not responding to their formal complaint either. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.- Sum007

Thank you, appreciated. I get through to Hentons quickly when I call however am told someone will need to call me back (Hentons never do). Is anyone having issues with Hentons? I recently paid in advance for them to carry out some accounts work, the individuals in Hentons I was dealing with left and all work I paid for had not been completed and Hentons do not reply to emails. How are you sure he's such a good accountant, are you saying you followed him from the previous company to where he is now. To clarify I was informed he was managed out of the previous company once they realised he was Darren Upton. I don't believe anyone would have reason to say this is if...- Sum007
