IQ Consultants, Felicitas Solutions, ECS Trustees - loan repayment demands

Not automated message but I did get emails from Gladstone a few days ago.

For completeness there is also WTT which offer services to help on this. I would speak to both and decide which one works for you best.

They will collect all log in info as evidence. They are even holding the log in information in the THL portals.

Hi Adam and admin this is public forum searchable by anyone, including those who are pretending to hold loan rights. I dont think its productive to publish our defence.Could this post please be taken down?

What you have is gold for our defences. I joined in 2011, and none of this was explained to me to be honest. I assumed its just a normal umbrella until I was send a link to apply for a loan. If you could share with WTT or ETC that would be most amazing as it would help hopefully many of us...

Also very happy with WTT's work so far. Given the number of clients, I am impressed with turn around times of my queries.

I would be interested in seeing the payment details too... From what I had seen previously, the payment details were to a different company so even if anyone gets pressured to settle for this offer ( clearly a list of payments is no evidence that a debt exists, nor that that Felicitas actually...

Nothing for me on this. I checked and there is a reputable German conglomerate behind Arvato ( Bertelsman)...I would doubt they would get involved in such matters ...but what do I know...

Sorry to hear about the letter. What would be interesting to know, is if their evidence material makes any sense or if it is garbage as we suspect, since none of us has ever seen it. I am with WTT too, so hopefully they can look at it and make their own sense to feed into the works....

I would not settle (at least yet). I am not sure if you have signed up with WTT or ETC tax but I would let them do the work, as they can drive a consistent strategy of clients they represent and are surely to get better terms. My concerns in terms of settling now would be: - Has the loan...

This make now more sense to me. To clarify, the amount Felicitas is requesting corresponds to the amount paid via Garraway from 2011-13?

I have no sympathy with the scheme providers either. They lied then and are now trying to con us again. They should not get away with this. While it sounds very reasonable, I am not sure that the "John, Frank and Bob" theory is what is happening in practice. I was with Darwin 2011-12, which...

I have been watching this forum since receiving the first letter and want to thank you all for the contributions. This forum is keeping me, believe it or not, marginally sane at the moment. I was with Darwin in 2011 and briefly in 2012 (loan was under 100K but now with interests together is...
