Hi, I did, They were about as unhelpful as possible and just said it is due to HMRC changes - I did find the below on another thread which I have gone back to them with.... "Umbrella workers are now only be able to claim for the costs they actually incurred rather than a fixed daily amount"... -

Hi All, Hopefully someone can shed some light as I don't seem to be able to find out anything on the net about recent changes to umbrella expenses? I am currently with NASA (and moving LTD very soon) but have been told this month by NASA that they are no longer able to process my expenses...
