    Offer to settle sent but nothing received back

    Are you saying that they'd accepted your offer to settle and you'd paid the settlement figure in full? Surely, they can't just come back and say that you owe them more if you'd been honest and declared all your loans to them? Otherwise, what is to stop them coming back every few years demanding...

    Does anyone know if there's a way of confirming online that HMRC have received and processed your settlement payment? I received an HMRC payment confirmation via email after I paid online, however, I don't want them claiming in the future that I haven't paid.

    For those that have settled with HMRC. Do you think this will be the end of it, or do you think HMRC are going to come back for more at a later stage? Inheritance tax for example? BTW, this isn't meant to upset people. I'm just wondering if anyone has any thoughts?

    I've been told by a couple of Sanzar users that they'd had an email from Felicitas saying that their loans were being written off. I wonder why they're writing off some scheme loans and not others?

    I'd also like to know this if HMRC decide to reject my offer to settle or they simply don't respond to it.
