I use https://www.applechildcarevouchers.co.uk/ They charge 4% + VAT and were the cheapest I found in my search (although they used to charge less than this apparently) - I've never had any issues and got my missing carer added on easily enough. Get in quick before you miss the boat!- SeanT

Deferring dividends + Changing tax residency
You may as well max out the 7.5% band and leave the rest in the company if you don't need more, whether going to another country or not, who knows what the tax rate will be in the future.- SeanT

Database Encryption
You have a valid and legally sound reason to keep the data and to refuse the request for it to be "forgotten". GDPR doesn't trump e.g. FCA regulation or AML laws. -

Database Encryption
Encrypt the data that needs encrypting (possibly very little of it) at the application level if you can, then use something like Hashicorp Vault to store the key material needed to decrypt it, which can be leased by the application and periodically renewed. Don't forget to consider the integrity... -
