Seriously, InTouch???
"This administration and submission of the notification of change is chargeable. It is fixed at £75 + VAT"
Patrick or Neil care to explain what you do for that charge?
Thanks.
That's the start of this thread, created by semtex. The thread teapot created (which is who you quoted) wasn't IMVHO created to wind anyone up at all, but that thread has been removed anyway.
Unless you're saying semtex and teapot are the same poster
FTAOD, I'm Spartacus and so is my wife.
Wasn't the opening post something like "for those looking for the deleted FAQs" and then quoting the deleted posts so that they wouldn't get lost since they were useful? I didn't read much of a wind up there :(
Glad to see that there's a reasonable alternative though - come May people are going...
Give a man a fish and he'll be hungry again later. Teach a man to fish and you do him a good turn. Teach a Spaniard to fish and he'll claim all the fish caught in British waters are his and were caught legally but at least after Brexit we will be able to reclaim our British waters again.

A Person moves onto an FTC. HMRC get no information...
I guess it depends on what you mean to be a bum on seat resource. An interim manager, for example, brought in for their expertise and special skills not present at the end client is the perfect definition of being a bum on seat resource - the two are not mutually exclusive.
What's the...
The legislation is clear in the definition of whether the body is outside or not - if they are not subject to FoI then they are outside.
If a body isn't subject to FoI, then there is nothing to prevent them from operating following the rules (even though they don't apply).
The question to ask...
My point is that no matter how they treat a "real" contractor in terms of working practice, if they are insisting that for payment purposes they will be paid as if they are inside IR35 on a project or company wide basis then you have plenty to worry about.
It's nothing about what HMRC will do...
