Surly when you informed the Agent that the umbrella went down they should have been on this like a rash, they should have told you what you needed straight away. not sure if talking to the client will help but it might be worth making them aware Ron- rocketron

the guy i have got doing the account stuff is a very good friend of mine and also a student of mine (I am a scuba instructor), so unless he wants to have his air turned off while underwater he had best look after me.- rocketron

just been offered a new contract but the agents wont use my umbrella company as it has an off shore element. now i am thinking of going down the route of a LTD but im not sure if im going to be better off or should i use another umberlla such as CXC? :confused:- rocketron

Talking to the Umbrella about this and they have had this problem with this specific agent before, one option was to go LTD and that could be on the cards, i just don't want all the paperwork that goes with the LTD -

got a job offer the other day, while talking to the agent they started to say my current umbrella wasn`t compliant, when asked why they could not give me a reason, now I did my home work on the umbrella and i am more than happy with them. The sting in the tail as when they said they had there... -
