Any highly recommended Accountants in Cheshire?

Good evening. I'm making the jump to a ltd company - rather than continue lining the pockets of my umb company. Can anyone recommend a decent accountant in the north-west/cheshire area? Also - what should I expect to be paying each month? Many thanks.
