I think so. It was clear and comprehensive, and the judge seemed responsive to what was being discussed. I came out feeling marginally more positive than when I went in. Was a shame to miss the IR guy giving his evidence though.

Back at the office now after listening to the first 1½ hours. Was a great turnout, the clerk said that in 'all his years' that was the first time they'd had to open the upstairs gallery because downstairs was full. I didn't get to hear the IR present their case so I'll let Santa deliver a more...
