I was hoping there might be something a bit more like the managed umbrella deals - I suspect this would hit ir35, for example.

Is this possible? I'm in the UK, and have a potential US client who is interested in a remote working (i.e. me working as a contractor from home) contract paying USD. Is there any umbrella or similar setup that would make this possible? I'm new to this whole area, so please be gentle ;-p
