Yes that makes sense, but what about people who have dissolved their company after getting their first notice of Reg 80? Why would HMRC allow them to dissolve it and stricken off if they are investigating it- RAA

Hi, Good news that your appeal was successful. Do you mind me asking what kind of evidence and letter did you send? I just got a letter yesterday from HMRC addressed personally to me and not my Ltd for NIC payments so I'm assuming I'll get further letters addressed to my Ltd with more details...- RAA
