To answer Owlies question.. Due to varying issues (Covid, carer duties, time off) I have been out for contract for 12 months now. I found it easy enough to get a role in March when I started looking properly, but Covid put paid to that gig. It is quiet at the moment and what few roles there are... -

I've just been to the supermarket and wore my mask whilst I was inside the building. I found it quite unpleasent and didnt like it, but I suspect I will get used to it. None of the supermarket staff were wearing masks and i believe they will not be compelled to do so when the law kicks in on... -

Sure I use this one:- Recipes - BBC Food I always use 00 flour and I have a stand mixer to kneed it. The dough will last fine in the fridge for a couple of days - in fact it improves it. I also use a good yeast, I buy Fermipan and keep it in the freezer. It seems to work much quicker that the... -

Same here - except its a husband and I didnt do any work. :D BUT I have made some great bread and we will never get takeaway pizza again as home made is soooo much better. My daughter has started to sew her own clothes and i have made a load of funky face masks for family and friends.
