Billing by Direct Debit?
I'm direct with the current client , 30 days after Invoice Date is stated in the business agreement. New PCG IR35 Questionnaire
The limit on 24 months for substitution was a bit annoying. I have substituted twice and sub-contracted once in the last 10 years but the questionaire takes no consideration of anything over 24 months.
