Contractor Blacklists

I really do believe there is a blacklist out there thats shared amongst the IT recruitment agencies, if the construction world was doing it then you can bet 100 to 1 that IT is at it too!, I have been out of work now since mid Dec 08 and have had nothing back from the 20 plus emails I send out...
