    Thanks, I've now joined Big Group and just waiting for my login details. I've since received another letter from Hector threatening bailiffs. I was with Darwin from late 2009 - Dec 2010

    I have joined Big Group last night, and have also contacted them about this. I am quite worried about this, as it appears that Hector is intent on riding roughshod over everyone. Thanks for your advice on this.

    I did contact them, which they pretty much ignored and pressed on with the 'give us the money'. My accountant advised to contact them again, but also advised that the APN will HAVE to paid.

    APN APN Yeah, sounds like scare tactics to get me to pay. They've got straight from 'you owe us this imagined money' to 'we're sending the bailiffs in'... Pretty sure there are quite a few steps before that happens, including court, or am I wrong?

    APN Update APN Update Received another letter from HMRC, indicating that they are planning court action to allow bailiffs to come and seize my goods. Is this scare tactics, or should I be worried? It all seems to be going rather fast.

    What are the next steps What are the next steps I've read a couple of pieces of advice on how to 'correspond' with HMRC, but I am so glad to have found people that are incensed by these 'robber barons' Is it a simple matter of joining Big Group?
