The usual I'm thinking of buying a house through my limited company!

We are currently looking at a property thats about 16k over the stampduty threshold. It went down to seal bids but felt it was worth it. Wouldnt offer if couldnt afford, but was wondering if this sale went throught he company books, we would avoid paying stamp duty. We would rent the property...
