I've just recieved a mail to say that a formal communication will be sent out from the UK office this week, but the person I'm dealing with has no idea what it'll say. -

I went to Citizen's Advice about this last week, and their opinion was that while I could take Albany through the Small Claims Court to try to get my money, if Albany just don't have the money, then they won't be able to pay. So, I'm not sure what else we can actually do... I've been e-mailing... -

Albany - Having Problems??
Albany are having major problems as they are unable to pay people like me, who are still owed money for work carried out in November. They're transferring people to Von Essen, so those people can get paid for the work their doing at the minute, and allegedly trying to resolve the problem, but...
