I was looking into a company who do property investment and they offer guaranteed rent. I have a place I could rent out.
However looking at their micro accounts which is for their first year of trading it only shows the below. Is this negative accounts something to worry about and avoid...
How much reserves? As it could be better to wait till it’s below 25k and strike off. But if it’s 40k+ it’s probably worth it.
Maybe see if there’s anything in March 3rd budget to guide you in one or another direction.
I can’t help much but I know plenty of people who went down the transfer out yourself route.l and we’re fine. But you need to get cracking and you’ll pay a premium for this.
But if your target is 2nd March you really are cutting it fine. That’s 7 working days. Are your accounts even ready to...
Imo just ask some umbrellas for a detailed breakdown and say your interested in using them.

It’s a very long shot but it’s possible the OP is in the public sector. Which would mean this is not an issue for the OP.
It’s happened to a bunch of people in the gov dept that I’m in.
But if not yeah the OP should probably get up to speed.
+1 for freelancer financials.
Yeah you can get a new accountant anytime.
I’m convinced the big accountants do this on purpose so you are less likely to leave. As you have already paid so much into the year.
Unless you have in your agreement terms about when the accounts will be ready.
Tbh it seems to work.
Classic SJD. They have your money and your leaving so not a priority.
All you can do is keep chasing. Maybe call their normal number and keep pestering.
To answer your question they could probably do everything they need to do in less than a few days.
