I did it last year and the Company was finally dissolved in February. VITAL : Ensure that you clean out the company bank account BEFORE the company is dissolved. Nobody told poor old moi that Companies House contacts your bank to inform them to freeze all assets. I am currently in the process...- moraghan

Reopening dissolved company
Ok. Major balls up between me and my accountant. My company has been dissolved after 8 months waiting. Problem is that NOBODY told me that once the company is dissolved that Companies House informs your bank that the account needs to be frozen. I have left £8K in the account...stupid I know...- moraghan
