I appealed the first notice for 2017 -2018 which was acknowledged by H using the appeal portal. Then send the appeal for second one that related to 2018, 2019 and 2020. Hope H will confirm in due time. Now that the appeal is out from my side and it says the word 'postponement ' of any payments...- mno

Thank you Greg. My understanding is that the PoA /tax due is meant to be paid in 30 days (from the date of determination notices?). Is this correct as I have not seen any dates on notice letters pointing to when to pay by. I have only seen this in CKs Faq's section that tax due is expected to...- mno

I am in the same boat as others with CKA where I contracted from 2017-2020 and received notices as well as NIC payments due. I was advised to to appeal which I did for 2017-2018 and now appeal for the latest notices too and pay on account (so money can come back if case goes away).No one knows...- mno
