    MoD Security Clearance

    Police Officers including Specials, PCSO etc are BC (Basic Check) on appointment. Clearance is upped to CTC (Counter Terroism Check) when required.

    Umbrella`s are they really helping contractors with tax affairs

    I got collared on this one with a well known umbrella. Lost about £400 over xmas when my agency paid early. I was told it would even out in the next payroll but didn't notice it. Well known umbrella does have a lock request but it is down to the employee to invoke it, IMO not good enough.

    Bought a 3 and a 2 seat brand new black leather sofa off ebay 2 years ago for £500. The guy had them delivered next day. He had loads for sale at the time.
