Ok I got it!!!! It just that this one came along with a number of precise instructions involving HMRC in a complete transparent manner it was somehow reassuring... Umbrella going into Administration-Liquidation
Hello everyone, I have bumped into this Umbrella which is saying that I just have to declare to HMRC the redemption of the shares they are paying to me and pay the taxes accordingly. They say Capital Gain Tax on shares are much lower then salary Income Tax and that is what it makes the trick...- MarcoM
