Limited Company and business phone
I took out a phone contract with o2, granted it was a personal contract, however I insisted that the name was billed to me as MD and the business address, it also gets paid for out of my business bank acc. However 60%+ of my calls are generally work related.- Madocks

AWR and Umbrella
Evening, My agency (Morsons) have issued a statement that claims all LTD sub contract staff do not come under the AWR rulings as LTD companies are outside of IR35. However, umbrella companies fall inside of AWR and have been awared the following; 1.25 time for overtime 1.5 time for weekend...- Madocks

I earn less than a permie
Currently contracting in north wales, rates are pretty low @ £22 per hour Permies are on 28k per year. We work shifts, its a 4 on 6 off rota, but as we are subbies we choose to do 5 on 5 off and get some extra hours. Last year I bagged 48k on this rota, we get an additional £143 per week... -
