My understanding was that some of the fraud occurred at least a couple of months before the last of his professional body subscriptions expired, and that he did have PID at the time. However this is immaterial because both those routes have washed their hands of the whole affair.- LostInSpace

Ah but Ah but But when you trusted accountant sends you the details in an email detailing account name HMRC, but the wrong account details... are you sure you would notice - even check? Bet if we had paid by crossed cheque he would not have got anything.... don't you just love automated...- LostInSpace
