service provider including the consultant

I have done several contracts in the past using my “one man” Ltd company. A recent contract I saw had a new clause which I have not seen in previous contracts: this made the “service provider” (i.e. normally just my Ltd company) include the consultant (i.e. me personally). I would be interested...

Contract reviews on a tight schedule

Employment agencies usually want a contractor to start a contract within days of making an offer. How can one find time to get a lawyer to review the contract the agency offers you (and then to negotiate any changes) when the schedule is so tight?
