Contracting through LTD company without being Director

ok, I can pay myself minimum wage, no issues with this. I don't want to be director, as per answers it is up to the agency, I will ask them any more feedback on this is very much appreciated, thanks

Contracting through LTD company without being Director

I am about to sign an outside IR35 contract, can I work through a limited company where only my wife is the sole director? Also I will have some PAYE income coming in for 1 year, so I also don't want to take any salary or dividends? I want to have an employee contract with £1 salary and RSUs...
