IR35 friendly invoicing
Hi all, Is there a particular way that invoices should be worded to keep them "IR35 friendly"? In particular, I have been asked by my current employer to put my name on my invoices (as well as my company name). Can I safely list myself as the 'consultant' who the invoice relates to? Public liability / professional indemnity - how much cover?
Hi all, What levels of cover would you recommend for PL and PI? I'm a contractor doing mainly digital project management, but also some web development. I work agency-side, and so my clients typically don't have a requirement of a minimum amount of cover in their contracts. Any advice...- johnsample

Hi, Can an IR35 investigation only be triggered after the end of the first year of trading? Trying to establish if it's actually worth me getting IR35 insurance cover until next year, as it's only month 2 for me. Thanks.- johnsample
